Whether introducing people to vibrant marine environments or pushing experienced freedivers to new depths, she brings a wealth of expertise in leading groups across the globe.

Freediving COURSES (AIDA)
Become a certified freediver! Dive deep on one breath, learn about safety & rescue and understand the science behind it all: physiology, breathing, equalisation, technique and more.
COACHING
if you're already a certified freediver and you wish to train or dive deeper, Elena will be there to work out a coaching plan tailored to your needs. Advanced courses are also available.
